Tesla Recalls over 62,000 Model S in US and China
Tesla announced that it is recalling 62,868 Model 3 Performance , with 14,684 being recalled in China and 48,184 in the US.
The recall affects cars built between 12 January 2019 and 25 March 2022 and the reason is that they do not display km / h or miles / h on the speedometer in Track Mode.
The company will perform a wireless software update (over-the-air) in order to correct the problem.
According to Tesla, a firmware update implemented in December accidentally removed the km / h or mile / h indicator from the speedometer in Track Mode.
