The Latest and the Cheapest Ferrari
Ask 10 Dutch men what their dream car is and 7 will say, a Ferrari. How this happened is a mystery as there are many more super fast sports cars such as the 2009 SSC Ultimate Aero, the Bugatti Veyron, the Jaguar XJ220, the Koenigsegg CCX, the Lamborghini Murciélago LP640, the McLaren F1, the Pagani Zonda F, the Porsche Carrera GT and the Saleen S7 Twin-Turbo.
A possible explanation for this is that Ferrari has been successfully participating in Formula 1 races since the introduction of the Formula 1 races in 1946, first as the Alfa Romeo Scuderia Ferrari racing team, led by the person Enzo Ferrari, and from 1950 with the real Ferrari Formula 1 racing cars built by Enzo Ferrari. Because the Ferraris regularly won prizes during these 66 years, the name Ferrari is synonymous with speed and success for young and old.
FERRARI 458 ITALIA:
The latest Ferrari that has been on the market since 2009 is called Ferrari 458 Italia. The name stands for the engine capacity of 4.5 liters and the 8 cylinders that the Ferrari 458 Italia has. The Ferrari 458 Italia is not a modified version of its predecessor the Ferrari F430, but the Ferrari 458 Italia is a completely newly developed car. The Ferrari 458 Italia was developed in close collaboration with Ferrari’s greatest driver of all time, Michael Schumacher. This makes the Ferrari 458 Italia the best Ferrari ever made and excels in the precision with which it reacts to the actions of the driver. In particular, the speed and precision with which the car reacts to the actions of the driver have been spectacularly improved compared to its already very responsive, often illustrious predecessors.
The “green” Ferrari:
Although the standard color of Ferrari 458 Italia is red, it is also called the “green Ferrari”. Under pressure from the general opinion, the designers have done everything to transform the environmentally harmful “red” image that Ferrari has into an environmentally friendly “green image”. They have been reasonably successful in this, because they have managed to get the power-to-weight ratio to 2.42 kilograms per horsepower and thus managed to reduce fuel consumption to 13.7 liters per 100 kilometers. As a result, the Ferrari 458 Italia has, for this type of sports car, low CO2 emissions of only 320 g / km.
The real green ferrari:
In contrast to the so-called “green” Ferrari 458 Italia, the Ferrari Raptor is a real “green” Ferrari. The Ferrari Raptor is not only supplied in a green color as standard, but is also intended for the green sector, especially fine horticulture and landscaping. They come with an economical 3-cylinder water-cooled Focs LDW1003 diesel engine of 26 hp (Ferrari Raptor 30DT) or a 4-cylinder water-cooled 4-stroke Focs LDW1404 diesel engine of 35 hp (Ferrari Raptor 40DT Mono).
The cheapest ferrari:
The Ferrari Raptor 30DT is currently the cheapest Ferrari available on the Dutch market at € 15,625.
