NADDC boss visits South Africa, hold talks with Auto stakeholders
In other to strengthen ties with major auto stakeholders and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), the director- general, National Automotive Design and Development Council (NADDC), Joseph Osanipin, on Monday, 22nd January 2024, met with the Association of Africa Automotive Manufacturers (AAAM), Components Manufacturers and Automotive Industry Transformation Fund (AITF) at Johannesburg, South Africa.
The NADDC boss also had another extensive deliberations with the Automotive Incubation Development Centre (AIDC) at Pretoria, South Africa.
Osanipin had fruitful deliberations on areas of synergy between the Council and the Stakeholders to further harness the investment opportunities that abound in Nigeria.
In attendance were the director-general’s team, Dave Corey, CEO AAAM, Victoria Backhaus- Jerking, head of project office, South Africa VDA-AAAM and Jabulani, CEO Automotive Industry Transformation Fund (AITF).
