Toyota Nigeria Continues To Strengthens Market Leadership with Robust After-Sales Service Network

Toyota Nigeria Limited (TNL), has reiterated its commitment to customer satisfaction through the continuous strengthening of its after-sales service network across Nigeria.
Coming at a time when customer experience is increasingly driving market competitiveness, Toyota’s emphasis on reliable after-sales support has become a defining factor in maintaining its leadership position in the Nigerian automobile industry.
Speaking the last Toyota Motor Show at the The Podium, Lekki, Kunle Ade-Ojo, managing director of Toyota Nigeria Limited, said after-sales service remains a vital pillar of the company’s operations and customer retention strategy.

“Our business philosophy is built around the customer. We believe that purchasing a Toyota vehicle marks the beginning of a long-term relationship, and what sustains that relationship is the quality of service that follows,” Ade-Ojo said.
According to him, Toyota has over the years invested heavily in its network of authorized dealers nationwide to ensure the provision of world-class vehicle maintenance and repair services.
The company’s service outlets equipped with modern diagnostic tools and genuine parts are managed by certified technicians trained under Toyota’s global technical education program.
Toyota Nigeria’s after-sales system covers multiple customer-oriented initiatives, including:
Nationwide service centers with standardized workshop facilities.
Toyota Genuine Parts distribution, ensuring reliability and vehicle longevity.
Toyota Service Connect, an online platform that enables customers to book service appointments and track maintenance progress.
Mobile service units for fleet and corporate clients requiring on-site support.
In addition, the company’s warranty and extended service plans provide customers with peace of mind and protect them against unexpected repair costs.
Industry analysts note that Toyota’s consistent investment in after-sales infrastructure has given the brand a clear edge in customer satisfaction and resale value which are the two major drivers of automotive brand loyalty in emerging markets.
The TNL boss also highlighted Toyota’s commitment to sustainability through environmentally responsible workshop practices such as safe waste disposal, recycling of used parts, and adoption of energy-efficient equipment.
Customers across Nigeria continue to attest to the dependability of Toyota’s service structure. “Owning a Toyota gives you confidence because you know service and spare parts are never a problem,” said Mrs. Patience Nwosu, a fleet operator based in Lagos.
With over two decades of strong market presence in Nigeria, Toyota Nigeria Limited continues to reinforce its promise of delivering quality vehicles backed by unmatched after-sales service; a strategy that keeps the brand firmly in the lead of the country’s competitive automotive sector.
