Around 20 flights cancelled as Lufthansa recovers from two-day strike
The impact of a strike held by Lufthansa crew members was still being felt after the industrial action ended, with as many as 20 flights cancelled at Munich airport on Saturday,
A spokesman for the airport Germany’s second largest said.
Many flights run by the German airline were experiencing delays of several hours.
Lufthansa had said that its services may still be affected even after the two-day strike ended at midnight (2300 GMT Friday) because planes and staff were not at the correct locations.
