Dana Air attributes flight cancellations to daily flights reduction
Dana Airlines has apologised to its passengers for the cancellation of some of its flights due to a reduction in the number of daily flight schedules.
Kingsley Ezenwa, head of corporate communications for Dana Air said in a statement made available to Transportworld on Wednesday in Lagos that the airline would ensure that the affected passengers were transferred to other airlines, while others would have their flights rescheduled at no cost.
He added that, the airline was reachable through all its social media platforms, and its customer service was available to all customers for inquiries.
The airline, however, regretted the inconveniences it might have caused its customers and reiterated its commitment to promoting their welfare and safety.
